With the recent off week for Premier League sides in the books, we take a look at how each club currently sits in the league from the top, all the way to the very bottom. This is the first edition of the Premier League Power Rankings.

Defeating West Brom in their last match should help put the club back on track. After last seasons collapse, Liverpool has continued its poor play into this season. Struggling both at home and on the road, Liverpool will quickly need to change its form if it wants to contend this season. After last seasons fifth place finish, Everton currently sits seventeenth in the table with only one win. The highlight of the season being their 1-1 draw at Liverpool. With the clubs only win coming at West Brom on the fourth matchday, result have to change now. Roberto Martinez is quickly finding his standing with the club more and more uneasy as the weeks go bye will need results if he wishes to remain in charge of Everton. <strong>This Week: v. 380. With only three goals through seven matches, two of them coming last week, Burnley needs to find some offense. Losing at West Brom 4-0 also account for most of the -7 goal differential. Allowing only six goals over the other six matches show how good the defense of the newly promoted side are. Defense however will not keep them in the Premier League.
