Manuel Neuer – The German number 1 shot stopper has been fantastic for years for both club and country, without any signs of a drop in performance.  Truly, no one does keepers like the Germans.   For me, he’s the best in the world right now and makes a tough German defense that much more difficult. - Drew Thompson

The German international has played a pivotal role in Bayern Munich’s domestic league success with his goalkeeping skills. Neuer has demonstrated high IQ through his communication with the defense and positioning. He rarely puts himself in the position to make an extraordinary dive because he always happens to already be in front of the ball while it is shot, proof of his ability to read the shot’s trajectory. - Young Kim
